Terms andconditions

These are the terms for using this website and for playing in our sessions, teams and charity tournaments.

Last updated 24 October 2026
THE SHORT VERSION

Play fair, pay your entry, look after yourself and each other, and be kind online and on court. Entry fees and donations go to charity, and the umpire's call is final.

01About these terms

These terms cover britishclubnetball.com and taking part in British Club Netball sessions, teams and events. By using the site or signing up for anything on it, you agree to them.

At tournaments, the tournament rules apply too. While you're at the British Club, its own rules for members and guests also apply.

02Playing with us

  • Netball Social Sundays and Netball League Tuesdays are for players aged 14 and up.
  • Netball Junior Mondays are for players aged 13 and under. A parent or guardian signs them up and stays responsible for them outside session times.
  • British Club Netball's league teams play in the Bahrain Netball League, so the league's own rules apply to their games.

03Charity tournaments

  • Each player pays the tournament entry shown on the event form to their team captain. For 2026 tournaments that's BD 3 per player, with no club entry fee for players.
  • Spectators pay the club entry shown on the event page, BD 1.5 for 2026 tournaments.
  • Entry fees and donations go to the event's charity. Refunds are only made if the tournament is cancelled.
  • A donation on the form is a pledge. Please pay it on BenefitPay to the same number as your team's registration money, shown on the event form. All money raised is a donation to the event's charity.
  • Teams must fit the squad size on the form. We may merge duplicate sign-ups, move a player to a team that's short, or change fixtures and courts to keep the day running.
  • We can delay or cancel an event for weather or safety. If we cancel it, we'll tell captains and refund their team's entry fees.

04Your safety

  • You take part at your own risk and play only when you're fit to. Tell the organisers about any medical condition that matters.
  • Trainers on, jewellery off and nails short. Drink plenty of water and tell an organiser straight away about any injury.
  • If you need first aid or emergency care, you agree to it being given.

05Behaviour

Treat every player, umpire, scorer, parent and member of club staff with respect, on court, on the sidelines and online. The umpire's call is final.

Anyone who is abusive or endangers others will be asked to leave and may be stopped from taking part in the future.

06Photos and content

The words, designs and photos on this site belong to the club or the people who made them. Please ask us before reusing them. If you'd like a photo of you taken down, see our privacy policy.

07Our responsibility

We do our best to keep the site right and running, but times, fixtures and scores can change at short notice. Check the event page or ask us on WhatsApp if you're unsure.

The British Club and the organisers aren't responsible for injury, loss or damage, except where the law says they are.
